A game is considered official after five innings of play, or four and one-half innings if the Sanford Spinners are leading, in accordance with applicable baseball rules.

If a game is canceled, postponed, suspended, or otherwise unable to continue before becoming official due to weather, field conditions, league decision, facility issue, safety concern, or any other reason, guests may receive admission to a future Sanford Spinners regular-season home game during the same season.

No refunds will be issued.

Guests must retain their purchase receipt, confirmation, wristband, or rain-check voucher as directed by Sanford Spinners staff.

If a guest purchased admission but did not attend a postponed or canceled game, the guest may be required to present the original purchase receipt or confirmation to receive future admission.

Rain-check vouchers may be issued at the discretion of Sanford Spinners staff. Guests must follow the instructions provided by game-day staff at the time the game is postponed, canceled, suspended, or called.

Future admission is subject to availability and is valid only for regular-season Sanford Spinners home games.

Future admission, rain checks, credits, or exchanges are not valid for playoff games, special events, premium events, private events, or separately ticketed events unless specifically announced by the Sanford Spinners.

If the canceled game is the final regular-season home game of the season, the Sanford Spinners may, at their discretion, provide admission to a regular-season home game the following season.
