Ticket Policy

1. Tickets:

Tickets are sold on-line or at the gate. Credit and Debit cards are accepted however fees will apply.
Tickets are in the form of wrist bands that must be worn or displayed on the outer most garmet.

2. Refund Policy:

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Credit towards another game will be provided.

3. Rain Check Policy:

If a game is postponed due to inclement weather, tickets will serve as a rain check for entry to the rescheduled game or another regular-season game of your choice within the current season. Should it be the last game of the season, you may exchange it for a game the following season.
To obtain a rain check, please see game day staff prior to exiting the park. Rain checks are only issued at the time games are called or canceled.
To use a rain check, present your rain check at the box office on the day of the rescheduled or chosen game.

4. Game Cancellation:

In the event a game is canceled and not rescheduled, tickets may be exchanged for another regular-season game.

5. Special Events and Playoff Games:

Rain checks and exchanges are not valid for special events or playoff games unless otherwise specified.

6. Lost or Stolen Tickets:

The team is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Replacement tickets may be issued at the box office with proof of purchase and a possible fee.

7. Ticket Resale:

Resale of tickets is only authorized through our official resale partner. Unauthorized resale or misuse of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.

All attendees must adhere to the following code of conduct:
- Respect all players, officials, staff, and fellow attendees.
- No use of abusive or offensive language.
- No fighting or disruptive behavior.
- No entering the field of play or restricted areas.
- No throwing objects onto the field or at others.
- No use of illegal substances or excessive consumption of alcohol.
- No smoking in non-designated areas.
Violations of the code of conduct may result in ejection from the stadium without refund. Ejected individuals may also be subject to further sanctions, including bans from future games.
